Is a deposit required?

Yes, a $150 deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your total balance.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Deposits are non-refundable. You may cancel up to 7 days prior to delivery and will only be charged the deposit. However, If cancelation is less than 7 days you will be charged the full amount of the service.

Delivery Fee?

Delivery is free for up to 50 miles of our location. After 50 miles you are subject to a $3.00 per mile surcharge.

When should I reserve?

As soon as possible. Rentals are reserved at a first come first serve basis. Deposits are required to hold reservations.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer a 15% discount to all healthcare personnel and military service members with valid ID.

I did not use all my items, will I get a refund?

Rental items are charged for time out, not for usage. Every item that leaves our building is treated the same way upon return, used or not.

When is my final balance due?

Your balance is due 7 calendar days before your event.

How can I pay for my rentals?

Here at Say Cheese ENT we accept debit, all major credit cards and cash.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we carry a $2,000,000.00 policy and upon request and for a fee we can add your Organization, Business, Venue, or Park as an additional insured to our policy for the day of your event.

What about inclement weather?

Deposits are non-refundable. However, If there is a natural disaster or act of God your deposit can be used as a credit which is good for the following 3 months.

What am I responsible for?

You are responsible for all rented items from the time they are delivered until such time that the items are picked up. During this time any damage to the equipment for any reason will result on damage/replacement fees.Say Cheese Entertainment and Party Supplies reserves the right to inspect your items for damage up to 48 hours from the time of pick up.

For table and chair rentals you are responsible for stacking chairs and tables in the same way in which they were dropped off. Upon delivery you will receive a photo confirmation which you will use as a reference. Any chairs/tables not stacked will result in an additional fee per the rental agreement.


Will my rental equipment be put up and taken down?

Set up and take down services are available at an extra charge. These arrangements must be made 30 days prior to event.
